Kelly joined the FOAS board in 2023 and is thrilled to bring her project management and grant writing experience to the organization.
A lifelong vegetarian and animal lover, Kelly has always been passionate about animal welfare. She previously volunteered at the Minneapolis municipal shelter, fostered dogs through Minneapolis Pit Bull Rescue, and was a volunteer event planner for Best Friends Animal Society.
Kelly works for the City of Oakland as a program manager for housing stability and homelessness prevention. When not at work, Kelly enjoys watercolor painting, reading, playing and writing music, hiking around the Bay Area, and hanging out with her partner Keith and their rescue dog Dodger.
