Program Manager
Originally from Hollister, CA, Victoria relocated to the Bay Area in 2009 and earned her degree from San Francisco State University.
Her journey in animal welfare began in 2012 when she adopted her first pet, Roger, from the San Francisco SPCA. Roger sparked a deep passion for the human-animal bond, which led to a career in animal care. Victoria started at the SF SPCA’s client contact center, then later gained hands-on experience as a veterinary receptionist and assistant in various local Bay Area practices. She joined FOAS in September 2020, where she began as the Spay/Neuter Program Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Since then, she has adapted to the role of Program Manager.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys immersing herself in nature, spending quality time with friends and family, indulging in cooking and dining, and spending time with her three rescue cats Pepita, Chonch, and Ozzy.
