Program Manager
Originally from Hollister, CA, Victoria relocated to the Bay Area in 2009 and earned her degree from San Francisco State University.
Her journey into animal welfare began in 2012 with the adoption of her first pet, Roger, from the San Francisco SPCA. This pivotal experience sparked a deep passion for the human-animal bond and redirected her career toward animal care. Victoria started at the SF SPCA’s client contact center, then gained hands-on experience as a veterinary receptionist and assistant in various local Bay Area practices.
Her dedication to animal welfare brought her to FOAS in September 2020, starting as the Spay/Neuter Program Coordinator. Since then, she has advanced to the role of Program Manager, where she remains deeply devoted to improving the lives of animals and advancing their well-being in the community.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys immersing herself in nature, spending quality time with friends and family, and indulging in cooking and dining. She lives in Monterey, CA, with her partner and their two rescue cats, Roger and Pepita.
